1. Notice Period:
– We require at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled driving lesson or drive test appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.
2. Cancellation Charges:
– If you need to cancel or reschedule your driving lesson or drive test within 4 to 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee equivalent to half of the lesson or test price will be charged. This fee is applied to compensate for the inconvenience caused by the short notice.
3. No-show or Less Than 4 Hour Notice:
– If you fail to provide at least 4 hours notice before cancelling or rescheduling your driving lesson or drive test, or if you don’t show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full price of the lesson or test. This policy is in place to cover the costs incurred and time wasted due to the last-minute cancellation.
4. Driving Test Fees:
– On the day of the driving test, full fees will apply regardless of whether the test is conducted by VIC Roads. Even if VIC Roads cannot conduct the test due to lack of documentation or client fault, the full test fee will still be charged. This ensures that our instructors’ time and resources are compensated for, as they have reserved the time slot for the test.
5. All Driving Lesson Packages:
– All driving lesson packages are non-refundable once payment is made.
– Each package is valid for a period of three months from the date of purchase.
– Students must complete their driving lessons within the three-month validity period.
– Unused lessons after the expiration of the three-month period will be forfeited.
